MMM....
My friend and I decided that we wanted to tackle canning peaches. This last Saturday we received our boxes of peaches and today went to tackling them. I have never seen so many cut up peaches in one place in my life. We had so much fun doing this, I don't think I would want to do it alone. I am now glad that I have all these peaches in my pantry. We even made peach jam which is so yummy and I went ahead and made some frozen peaches that Joe's mom makes that are great. Aren't they so pretty? I bet Joe didn't know how domestic I could be when he married me!

Update
Ok, so I added two more colors to our options. We WILL pick from these, I swear. I also got our comforter in this picture a little so you can see it compared to the colors on the wall. This is so stressful and I think we have made our decision, I just wanted to see what you out in the blogging world think.
What's your choice?

Decisions
I decided that I wanted to tackle painting our bedroom first so that I didn't get too burned out. Figuring that if I started with the living room and hallway I would be too tired to paint the rest of my house. My bedroom sounded like the perfect place to start. Unfortunately we are having a hard time picking out the right color for our room. Our furniture is a distressed black and our bedspread is greyish blue, brown and white. These are the colors that we found that looked like they matched. This is what our wall looks like right now. Fun right? I think we've picked out the right color. If I were made of money I would just keep buying the sample colors and find the perfect color, but alas I am not made of money so these three will have to do.
What do you think?

Five Year Baby
Five years ago today Joe and I were getting married. Some days it's hard to believe it's been that long, than other days it feels when been together forever (in a good way). I love Joe more today than I did that day and sometimes that's hard to believe. Joe is my best friend and I wouldn't trade what we have for anything.
I was looking through our pictures on the computer to put up a picture of us each year and sadly there aren't many. When you have children you slowly disappear out of all your pictures. So sad!

What the...
Usually I am very good about putting Blake down for a nap, but while on vacations or on weekends I am a little more lax about his routine. While in Utah we didn't put Blake down for a nap. Later that afternoon I walked into the computer room to see Blake passed out on a footstool. It didn't look too comfortable but it must have been good enough in a pinch.
